The Committee must, however, comply with all State Laws in regard to items not appearing on the posted agenda. The Committee may respond to statements made or questions asked, or may request Staff to report back at a.fizture meeting concernizzg the matter. Any member of the public nzay contact the Parks and Community Services Department related to the proper procedure to place azz item on a future Youtli Advisory Committee agenda. The exceptions tender which the Yozztlt Advisory Committee MAY discuss ancUor take action on items not appearing on the agenda are contai~zed in GC 54954.2(b)(1)(2)(3). 4. MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING -February 22, 2012 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE MINUTES WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS -NONE v. STAFF RECOMMENTATION: Receive reports. 7.2 Youth Advisory Committee Anzzual Report for 2011-2012 Term Staff will solicit Committee Members to serve on a subcommittee to create a Power Point presentation, highlighting the accomplishments of YAC during the 2011-2012 term. Committee Members will present the Power Point presentation to the Parks and Community Services Commission and to the City Council. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive report and select a subcommittee. 7.3 Youtlz Advisory Committee azzd Parks and Community Services Student Cozzznussiozzer Applications for 2012-2013 Term Staff will discuss the 2012-2013 YAC and Parks and Community Services Student Commissioner applications. Staff will encourage current Committee Members to apply, and also ask Committee Members to encourage other teens to apply. f STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive report. OTIJER BUSINESS 8.1 Brief Informational Only Reports from Youtlz Advisory Committee Members, Subcommittees, and/or Staff and Reports by Parks and Community Services Commission related to Meetings Attended at City Expense (AB 1234). 9.
