1. CALL TO ORDER
2 . PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
3 . ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the
Parks and Community Services Commission on items of interest to the
public, however, in accordance with GC 54954.2, no ACTION or
DISCUSSION shall take place on any item which is NOT on the Parks and
Community Services Commission Agenda. The Parks and Community
Services Commission may respond briefly to statements made or
questions posed or may request Staff to report back at a future
meeting concerning the matter. Furthermore, a member of the Parks and
Community Services Commission may direct Staff to place a matter of
business on a future agenda. Any person may arrange with the Director
of Recreation (no later than 11a.m. , on the Wednesday preceding a
regular meeting) to have an item of concern placed on the agenda for
the next regular meeting. The exceptions under which the Parks and
Community Services Commission MAY discuss and/or take action on items
not appearing on the agenda are contained in GC 54954.2(b)(1) (2)(3) .

8.1 Summer 1994 Ouarterly Report
Staff has prepared a summary of the classes and programs
conducted during the 1994 Summer Quarter encompassing the months
of June, July and August, for the Commissions review.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: RECEIVE INFORMATION
8.2 13th Annual St. Patrick's Day Celebration
The 13th Annual St. Patrick's Day Celebration is scheduled for
Saturday, March 18, 1995 . Staff has prepared a report
summarizing the parade route, celebration activities and business
participation
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: PROVIDE INPUT ON THE PARADE ROUTE,
CELEBRATION ACTIVITIES AND BUSINESS PARTICIPATION
8.3 Fall Special Events
A number of community special events are planned for this coming
Fall. Staff has prepared a summary of these events for the
Commissions review.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: RECEIVE INFORMATION
8.4 Heritage Center Renovation Celebration
On Sunday, October 16, 1994 , the Dublin Historical Preservation
Association will be conducting a Renovation Celebration at the
Dublin Heritage Center. Staff has prepared a summary of the
scheduled celebration activities for the Commissions information.
