If any person feels that this is not sufficient time to address their concern, that person should arrange with the Recreation Director to have their particular concern placed on the agenda for a future meeting. 4. NEW BUSINESS 7.1 1994 Camp- Shannon Summer Program Plans are currently underway for the 1994 Camp Shannon Summer Program. Staff has prepared a preliminary plan for the - Commissions review and input. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive: Report and Provide Input 7.2 Fall 1993 Recreation Report The Commission will review the progress made on the 1993 goals and objectives, provide input on the proposed 1994 goals and objectives, add as appropriate: and prioritize for the City Councils review. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Review, Provide Input, Add • as Appropriate, and Priortiae for City Council. 7.3 Recreation Department Goals & Objectives The Commission will review a summary of the activities conducted during the Fall quarter which encompassed the months of September, 'October, November and December.
