A Regular Meeting of the Dublin Planning Commission was held on Tuesday, October 8,
2019, in the Council Chamber. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM, by
Commission Vice Chair Kothari.

5. Public Hearing
5.1 Banfield Pet Hospital Conditional Use Permit (PLPA-2019-00013) and Minor
Use Permit (PLPA-2019-00014)
Associate Planner, Robert Smith, made a presentation and responded to questions posed
by the Commission.
Commission Vice Chair Kothari opened the public hearing.
Jeff Hammond, Architect for Banfield Pet Hospital, made a presentation and responded
questions posed by the Commission.
Commission Vice Chair Kothari closed the public hearing.
On a motion by Commission Alternate Grier and seconded by Commissioner Benson, the
Planning Commission took the following action with a correction to Minor Use Permit
Findings B and G in the Resolution to indicate that the parking requirement is 147 spaces.

APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO OPERATE AN ANIMAL SALES
AND SERVICES USE AND MINOR USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A PARKING
REDUCTION FOR SHARED PARKING, LOCATED AT 7100 DUBLIN BOULEVARD,
PLPA-2019-00013, PLPA-2019-00014
