6. ORAL COMMUNICATION - At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the Planning
Commission on any item(s) of interest to the public; hmi)Cver, no ACTION or DISCUSSION shall take place on any item,
which is NOT on the Planning Commission Agenda. The Commission may respond briefly to statements made or questions
posed, or may request Staff to report back at a future meeting concerning the matter. Furthermore, a member of the Planning
Commission may direct Staff to place a matter of business on a future agenda. Any person may arrange with the Planning
Manager (no later than 11:00 a.m., on the Tuesday preceding a regular meeting) to have an item of concern placed on the
agenda for the next regular meeting.

8. PUBLIC HEARINGS
8.1
P A 00-015 Termination of Commerce One Development Agreement. An Ordinance
terminating a Development Agreement between the City of Dublin, Alameda County
Surplus Property Authority ana Commerce One. Items in the Development Agreement
include, but are not limited to, the financing and timing of infrastructure, payment of
traffic, noise and public facilities impact fees, improvements of roads, and general
provisions. The Development Agreement is being terminated because the project
(Commerce One Headquarters) has been withdrawn and a new project has been
approved in its place.
P A 03-057 Grayson Industrial Building Conditional Use Permit/Site Development
Review. Request for a Conditional Use Permit and Site Development Review to amend
the PD, Planned Development Zoning District, also known as the 1411 Z.U, and to
expand an existing warehouse building from 4,620 square feet to a maximum of 11,917
square feet.
P A 04-035 City of Dublin General Plan and Eastern Dublin Specific Plan Amendment
to Incorporate the Land Use Chan~es of the Parks and Recreation Master Plan, Semi-
Public Facilities Policy, and AssocIated Text Revisions. The City is proposing
amendments to the General Plan and Eastern Dublin Specific Plan to modify ilie Land
Use Maps to reflect the Parks and Recreation Master pran 2004 Update and the City of
Dublin Semi-Public Facilities Policy. The 2004 Update provides information regarding
the City's existing and planned parks. In addition, a new "Semi-Public Facilities" land
use would be created on the map and new definitions would be added or modified in
the General Plan and Specific Plan text, as well as associated text changes.
