PUBLIC HEARINGS 8.1 PLPA 2015-00061 Fallon Gateway Major E (Guitar Center) Site Development Review to allow the construction of the Guitar Center within the Fallon Gateway Commercial Center. The project includes the construction of a 15,000 square foot building and related site improvements,including parking and landscaping. 9. NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS 9.1 Five-Year Capital Improvement Program 2016-2021,Finding of General Plan Conformance for Proposed Fiscal Year 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 Projects. 9.2 Rules for conducting Planning Commission meetings. 10.
