HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 168-15 Full Time Emp Amend Salary Plan RESOLUTION NO. 168-15 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN * * * * * * * * * RESOLUTION AMENDING THE SALARY PLAN FOR FULL-TIME PERSONNEL AND FOR POSITIONS EXEMPT FROM FAIR LABOR STANDARDS (FLSA) OVERTIME PROVISIONS WHEREAS, in accordance with the City's Personnel System Rules, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 94-15 and subsequent Resolutions which establish a Salary Plan for full-time personnel and for positions exempt from FLSA overtime provisions in accordance with the City's Personnel Systems Rules; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to periodically revise the Salary Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Administrative Analyst II and Senior Administrative Analyst classification series are retitled to Management Analyst II and Senior Management Analyst respectively under Article I, Section A of the Salary Plan; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Administrative Analyst I is retitled to Management Analyst I under Article I, Section B of the Salary Plan; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these documents shall become a part of the official Salary Plan for the City of Dublin; and that the changes contained herein shall be effective October 20, 2015.
