RESOLUTION NO, 4455,At meeting held February 28, 1962

WHEREAS Volk-McLain Communities, Inc. has filed with the Alameda
County Planning Commission an application for a Use Permit to erect thirty (30)
dwelling units in an "R-S-D-2" (Suburban Multiple Residence, Minimum Building
Site Area per Dwelling Unit of 2,000 Square Feet) District located at the
northeast corner of Amador Valley Boulevard and Donohue Drive in San Ramon
Village, Pleasanton Township, as shown on a map on file with this Commission;
and
WHEREAS this Commission did hold a-public hearing on said application
at the hour of 1 :30 p.m° on the 15th day of January, 1962, in the Alameda
County Office Building, Room 160, 224 West Winton Avenue, Hayward, California;
and
WHEREAS it satisfactorily appears from affidavits on file that
newspaper notice of said public hearing was given in all respects as required
by law; and
WHEREAS under the circumstances of! this particular case, the
establishment, maintenance, or conduct of the use for wh*ch this use permit
is sought will not, in the opinion of this Commission, materially affect
adversely the health or safety of persons residing or working in the
neighborhood and will not be materially detrimental to the public welfare
or injurious to property or improvements in said neighborhood: Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that this Commission does hereby approve said
application to erect thirty (30) dwelling units in an "R-S-D-2" (Suburban
Multiple Residence, Minimum Building Site Area per Dwelling Unit of 2,000
Square Feet) District located at the northeast corner of Amador Valley
Boulevard and Donohue Drive in San Ramon Village, Pleasanton Township, as
shown on a plot plan labelled "Exhibit A" on file with this Commission, a
copy of which shall be forwarded to the County Building Official , subject
to the following conditions:
(1) All driveways shall slope to the east and south with cross
slopes to the perimeter berm. Berm is to be constructed
to of rolled Asphalt Concrete 6" .high.
1 1� (2) The minimum slope shall be 0.3% on all paved areas.
(3) A storm water inlet shall be constructed near the south-
1 east corner of the site.

V ) The inlet shall be connected to the existing 24" reinforced
concrete pipe in the street.

Except as specifically stated above. the laid and use of this property shall
comply with the provisions of the County Zoning Ordinance.
