SPECIAL MEETING —MARCH 21, 2015

A special meeting of the Dublin City Council, Heritage & Cultural Arts Commission, Parks &
Community Service Commission, Planning Commission, and Human Services Commission was
held on Saturday, March 21, 2015, in the Library Community Room. The meeting was called to
order at 9:10 a.m., by Mayor Haubert.
ROLL CALL & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
PRESENT: Councilmembers Biddle, Gupta, Wehrenberg, and Mayor Haubert
Planning Commissioners Bhuthimethee, Do, Goel, Kholi, and Mittan
Heritage & Cultural Arts Commissioners Blackburn, Iharosi, Minniear, Szollos,
and Tutino
Parks & Community Services Commissioners Giannini, Thalblum, Totaru,
Tucker, and Student Representative Tran
Human Services Commissioners Brown, Lockhart, McCormick, and Sladden,
ABSENT: Councilmember Hart
Heritage & Cultural Arts Commissioners He and Deets
Parks & Community Services Commissioner Tucker
Parks & Community Services Commissioner Ballesteros arrived at 10:25
a.m.
Human Services Commissioner Strah left the meeting prior to the Human
Services Commission discussion
The pledge of allegiance to the flag was recited by the City Council, Staff and those present.
Public Comments
There was no public comment.

JOINT STRATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOP
The City Council participated in a Joint Strategic Planning Workshop. Strategic Planning
Consultant Sherry Lund advised that the City Council, Heritage & Cultural Arts Commission,
Parks & Community Services Commission, Human Services Commission, and Planning
Commission, would discuss the results of the Council's recent Strategic Planning Workshop
held on March 7, 2015, as well as provide Commissions guidance from the City Council so that
they are aligned with the City Council's direction and expectations.
ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was adjourned at
12:33 p.m.
