SPECIAL MEETING — MARCH 3, 2015
A special meeting of the Dublin City Council was held on Tuesday, March 3, 2015, in the City
Council Chambers of the Dublin Civic Center. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m., by
Mayor Haubert.
1. ROLL CALL & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
PRESENT: Councilmembers Biddle, Gupta, Hart, and Mayor Haubert
ABSENT: Councilmember Wehrenberg
2. CLOSED SESSION
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL-EXISTING LITIGATION
(Paragraph (1) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9)

3. REPORT ON CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Haubert stated there was no reportable action during Closed Session.
4. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was adjourned at
7:04 p.m. in memory of Staff Sgt. Sean Diamond and our fallen troops.
