RECOMMENDATION: Receive report
FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION: In order to familiarize the Committee Members with their roles and
responsibilities, Staff will review the attached materials. The Bylaws outline the Committee's purpose,
policies and procedures. The Commissioner's Handbook offers an overview of the City of Dublin as it
relates to serving as an appointed member of a Commission or Advisory Committee. The meeting guide
explains how public meetings operate. For example how to conduct business, make motions and conduct
voting.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Youth Advisory Committee receive the report.
