';,. : . ,(ST AGFCOACH RQAQ A~EA) lW!'iER,EAS', on January 23, 1984, by its Resolution 'f':Jo. 11':84, this City Council initiated proceedings, and by Resolution No. 10-84, ordered the formation of City of Dublin Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance Assessment District' No. 83-2, ("the District") pursuant to the :provisions of me Landscaping, and Lighting Act of 1972 (commencing at Section 22500 of .the California Str~ets and Hig,hways Code) (hereinafter, 'ahe Act"); and WHEREAS, Sections 22620 et seqof the ~tt provide for the levy of annual assessments aft~r formC;ltion of th~ Djstrict; anq ~'WH.ERipA5, within said Di$trict, ,the 'existing and proposed improvements and any substantial changes proposed to be made to the existing improvements are generally described as: maintenance of landscaping and irrigation within road right-of-way and wi,thina public leasement along Stagec;;oach Rd. .from Am~dor Valley Blvd. to the City ,limits. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT iRESOlVED that the Dublin City Council does hereby designate Harris and Associates as Engineer for purposes of preparing and filing with the Clerk a written report in accordance with Section 22565 et seq of the Act; said Engineer is hereby directed to apportion said assessments in accordance to the benefits received from said improvements by the lots, pieces and parcels of land within the District, and said Engineer is hereby directed to accomplish such preparation and filing forthwith.
