CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG ADDITIONS OR REVISIONS TO THE AGENDA MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS - September 22, 1998 ORAL COMMUNICATION - At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the Planning Commission on a2y item(s) of interest to the public; however, no ACTION or DISCUSSION shall take place on any item which is NOT on the Planning Commission Agenda. The Commission may respond briefly to statements made or questions posed, or may request Staff to report back at a future meeting concerning the matter. Furthermore, a member of tfte Planning Commission may direct Staff to place a matter of business on a future agenda. Any person may arra2ge with the Community Development Director (no later than 11:00 a.m., on the Tuesday preceding a regulaz meeting) to have a2 item of concern placed on the agenda for the next regulaz meeting. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS PUBLIC HEARINGS 8.1 PA 97-040 Casterson Property Development Agreement. Development Agreement which includes, but is not limited to the financing and timing of infrastructure; payment of traffic, and public facilities impact fees; oversizing of roads and general provisions for a 109-unit residential development on 19+ acres at 5020 Tassajara Road. 8.2 PA 98-042 San Ramon Valley Shopping Center Planned Development Rezone. The use would consist of the approval of a Planned Development Rezone to the Planned Development - Commercial Zoning District to allow the Animal Sales and Services Use Type, the Health Services/Clinics Use Type, the Retail - General Use Type, and the School-Commercial Use Type, in addition to other use types permitted or conditionally permitted in the C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District in the existing San Ramon Road Shopping Center. The property is located at 8913-8952 San Ramon Road, APN 941-164-3-1. 8.3 PA 98-058, Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 8.84, Sign Regulations relating to Directional Tract Signs and Off-Site Residential Development Directional Signs. Revision to Sign Regulations to delete the "Directional Tract Sign" and replace it with a umformly designed "Off Site Residential Development Directional Sign" at certain locations in the City of Dublin. The new sign would be paid for and maintained by residential developers.
