ORAL COMMUNICATION - At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the Planning Commission on any item(s) of
interest to the public; however, no ACTION or DISCUSSION shall take place on any item which is NOT on the Planning Commission
Agenda. The Commission may respond briefly to statements made or questions posed, or may request Staffto report back at a future
meeting concerning the matter. Furthermore, a member of the Planning Commission may direct Staff to place a matter of business on a
future agenda. Any person may arrange with the Community Development Director (no later than 11:00 a.m., on the Tuesday preceding a
regular meeting) to have an item of concern placed on the agenda for thc next regular meeting.

8.1
98-062 PA 98-062 Greenbriar Land Company Tassajara Creek (Yarra Yarra) Residential Development. The Planning
Commission will not hear this item at this time. The project will be readvertised when the project has been finalized.
8.2
PA 99-058, Clorox Services Company Feline Housing Facility, Conditional Use Permit (CUP) and Site Development Review
(SDR) Conditional Use Permit and Site Development Review request to allow a feline housing facility (kennel) on land owned by
the Dublin Historical Preservation Association on thc west side of Donlon Way adjacent to Highway 1-580.

PA 98-068, 98-069 and 98-070 Dublin Ranch Areas F, G and H (Previously known as the Pao Lin Property); General Plan /
Eastern Dublin Specific Plan Amendment; Stage I Planned Development Rezone for Areas F (PA 98-068), and H (PA 98-070);
Stage 1 and Stage 2 Planned Development Rezone for Area G (PA 98-069) This application includes a General Plan and Eastern
Dublin Specific Plan Amendment to relocate various land uses and acreages within Areas F, G and H (previously know as thc Pao
Lin property) of Dublin Ranch, on approximately 304 acres of land located north of 1-580 and east of Tassajara Road within the
Eastern Dublin Specific Plan area. The project also consists ora Stage 1 Planned Development Rezone / Development Plan for
Areas F and H and a Stage 1 & 2 PIanned Development Rezone / Development Plan for Area G. Additional descriptions of the
development concepts are contained in the proposed development plans for Areas F, G and H included as Attachments C-2 and C-3
to the staff report.

PA 99-030-Trumark Companies, is proposing 71-townhome units on the former rail road right-of-way property, sited on 4 acres
and located on thc east side of Dougherty Road, east of the Park Sierra apartments. The Planning Commission is considering and
recommending a mitigated negative declaration. In addition, a rezoning from "M-I Light Industrial District" to "Planned
Development - Medium-High Density Residential"; Site Development Review for 71-units, contained within 8 buildings. The
property is located on the former rail road right-of-way located on the east side of Dougherty Road, immediately east of the Park
Sierra apartments, and further identified as APN 941-550-22-5

PA 98-058, Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 8.84, Sign Regulations relating to Temporary Promotional and
Vehicular Signs. Proposed is a Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 8.84, Sign Regulations, to revise that portion relating to
Temporary Promotional Signs, Vehicular Signs, and to include provisions for Balloons, Pennants, Streamers, and Pole Signs
