Furthermore, a member of the Planning Commission may direct Staff to place a matter of business on a future agenda. Any person may arrange with the Community Development Director {no later than 11:00 a,m., on the Tuesday preceding a regular meeting) to have an item of concern placed on the agenda for the next regular meeting.
