ORAL COMMUNICATION - At this time, members of the audience am permitted to address the Planning Commission on any item(s) of
interest to the public; however, no ACTION or DISCUSSION shall take place on any item which is NOT on the Planning Commission
Agenda. The Commission may respond briefly to statements made or questions posed, or may request Staffto report back at a future
meeting concerning thc matter. Furthermore, a member of the Planning Commission may direct Staffto place a maUer of business on a
future agenda. Any person may arrange with the Community Development Director (no later than 11:00 a.m., on the Tuesday preceding a
regular meeting) to have an item of concern placed on the agenda for the next regular meeting.

PA 99-062 Sybase Headquarters Complex A Specific Plan/General Plan Amendment
to change the land use designation from "High Density Residential" to "Campus
Office," a Planned Development Rezone Stage 1 & 2/Development Plan, Site
Development Review, a Development Agreement and a Tentative Parcel Map to allow
the construction of 420,200 gross square feet of corporate and business office and
support uses, including parking, landscaping, utility connections and related
improvements on 34.6 acres of land. Located at Central Parkway, Hacienda Drive,
Dublin Boulevard and Arnold Road.
