CALL TO ORDER ROLLCALL PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCETO THEFLAG ADDITIONS OR REVISIONS TO THE AGENDA MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS - April 11, 2000 ORAL COMMUNICATION - At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the Planning Commission on any item(s) of interest to the public; however, no ACTION or DISCUSSION shall take place on any item which is NOT on the Planning Commission Agenda. The Commission may respond briefly to statements made or questions posed, or may request Staff to report back at a future meeting concerning the matter. Furthermore, a member of the Planning Commission may direct Staffto place a matter of business on a futura agenda. Any person may arrange with the Community Development Director (no later than 11:00 a.m., on thc Tuesday preceding a regular meeting) to have an item of concern placed on the agenda for the next regular meeting. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS PUBLIC HEARINGS 8.1 PA 00-002 General Motors Planned Development Rezone and Site Development Review to modify the Development Plan for the revision to the General Motors Automall. The revision would increase Parcel A from 3.5 acres to 4.43 acres and increase the building size on Pamel A from 26,145 square feet to 28,775 square feet. The revision would decrease Parcel B from 3.0 acres to 2.07 acres and decrease the building size on Parcel B from 22,000 square feet to 19,370 square feet. No changes are proposed to Parcel C at this time. The General Motors Automall Planned Development Rezone was adopted by the City Council on October 20, 1998. 8.2 PA 00-001 Dublin Ranch Neighborhood L-1 Site Development Review. Neighborhood L-1 (Tract 6956) is located along the northerly border of Dublin Ranch Phase I and is comprised of 18.1 acres of residential development including 0.5 acres of open space/landscape parcels. The project has 91 detached, single family units on 55 x 100' lots. Designated uses include single-family residential, open space landscape areas and roads. 9. NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS 10. 11.
