ORAL COMMUNICATION - At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the Planning Commission on any item(s) of
interest to thc public; however, no ACTION or DISCUSSION shall take place on any item which is NOT on the Planning Commission
Agenda. The Commission may respond briefly to statements made or questions posed, or may request Staffto report back at a future
meeting concerning the matter. Furthermore, a member of thc Planning Commission may direct Staffto place a matter of business on a
future agenda. Any person may arrange with the Community Development Director (no later than 11:00 a.m., on the Tuesday preceding a
regular meeting) to have an item of concern placed on the agenda for the next regular meeting.

Lin Property); General Plan/Eastern Dublin Specific Plan Amendment; Stage I Planned
Development Rezone for Areas F (PA 98-068), and H (PA 98-070); Stage I and Stage II Planned
Development Rezone for Area G (PA 98-069).

PA 99-063 Dublin Ranch Neighborhood L-4 Site Development Review
Neighborhood L-4 (Tract 6959) is comprised of 15.7 acres of residential development and 3.0 acres
of open space/landscape parcels for a total of I8.7 acres located in the southeastern portion of
Dublin Ranch Phase I. The project has 92 detached units on 50x80' lots. The designated uses
include single-family residential, open space landscape areas and roads.
