JUNE 23, 2026
REGULAR MEETING 7:00 PM
A Regular Meeting of the Dublin Planning Commission was held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026,
in the Peter W. Snyder Council Chamber. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM, by
Planning Commission Vice Chair, Simuro.

5.1) Approve of the May 26, 2026, Planning Commission Meeting Minutes.
On a motion by Commissioner Badami, seconded by Commissioner Prasath and by
unanimous vote, the Planning Commission adopted the Consent Calendar.

6) PUBLIC HEARING
6.1) Dublin Collision Center (PLPA-004314-2025)
Jennifer Byous, Planning Manager, gave a presentation.
Vice Chair Simuro opened the public hearing.
Upon receiving no public comments, Vice Chair Simuro closed the public hearing.
On a motion by Commissioner Badami, seconded by Commissioner Prasath a unanimous
vote, the Planning Commission adopted the Resolution No. 26-06 titled, “Resolution
Approving a Site Development Review Permit for the Dublin Collision Center”
RESULT: ADOPTED [UNANIMOUS]
MOVED BY: Srinivas Badami, Planning Commissioner
SECOND: Jaisena Prasath, Planning Commissioner
AYES: Badami, Prasath, Simuro
ABSENT: Han, Rashid
ABSTAIN:

The Planning Commission and Staff provided brief information -only reports.
10) ADJOURNMENT
Vice Chair Simuro adjourned the meeting at 7:14 PM.
