REGULAR MEETING
APRIL 20, 2026
A Regular Meeting of the Parks and Community Services Commission was held on
Monday, April 20, 2026, at the Peter W. Snyder City Council Chamber, 100 Civic Plaza,
Dublin, CA 94568. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairperson Thornbury.
1) CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
2) PRESENTATIONS
2.1) 2025-26 Youth Advisory Committee Annual Report
The Commission received a presentation from the Youth Advisory Committee highlighting
their accomplishments from the 2025-26 term and provided feedback.
3) PUBLIC COMMENT
Regis Harvey provided public comment.
4) CONSENT CALENDAR
4.1) Approved the March 16, 2026, Regular Parks and Community Services
Commission Meeting Minutes.
On a motion by Commissioner Hakim, seconded by Commissioner Routra, and by
unanimous vote, the Commission approved the Consent Calendar with the amended
Attendee Name Status

7:31PM and not 7:45PM.

7) NEW BUSINESS
7.1) Consideration of 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline Awareness Strategies in Parks
and Community Services Facilities
The Commission received a presentation on awareness strategies for the 988 Suicide &
Crisis Lifeline in City parks and facilities and provided feedback.
8) STAFF AND COMMISSIONER REPORTS
The Commission and Staff provided brief informational reports and project updates.
9) ADJOURNMENT
Chairperson Thornbury adjourned the meeting at 8:16 PM.
