APRIL 15, 2026
SPECIAL MEETING: 7:00 PM
A Special Meeting of the Youth Advisory Committee was held on Wednesday, April 15,
2026, at the Shannon Community Center, 11600 Shannon Ave, Dublin, CA 94568. The
meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairperson Neel KarurParekh.

The Committee received a presentation on Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR).

Susan Gardner, Teen Librarian, provided public comment on upcoming library events.
Robert Lopez, Lead Prevention Specialist with Horizon Treatment Services, addressed the
committee regarding outpatient substance abuse treatment for teens.
4) CONSENT CALENDAR
4.1) Approved March 11, 2026 Youth Advisory Committee Regular Meeting Minutes
On a motion by Committee Member Hrihaan Bhutani, seconded by Vice Chairperson
Kaitlin Weiss, and by a unanimous vote, the Committee adopted the Consent Calendar.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

6.1) Dublin Benefit Concert Ad Hoc Committee Update and Discussion
The Committee received updates from the 2026 Dublin Benefit Concert Ad Hoc
Committee.
