HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Reso 84-055 PA 84-055 Imperial Freeholds CA Inc RESOLUTION NO. 84-55 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN DENYING PA 84-055, A REQUEST FOR A TWO YEAR EXTENSION TO THE 1491st ZONING UNIT, IMPERIAL FREEHOLDS CALIFORNIA INCORPORATED WHEREAS, Tony Long representing Imperial Freeholds California Incorporated filed an application for a two year extension to the 1491st Planned Development; and WHEREAS, Alameda County initially approved the Planned Development on September 3, 1981; and WHEREAS, public notice of this application was given in all respects as required by law; and WHEREAS, the Staff Report was submitted recommending the application be denied; and WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration has been adopted previously for this project and would be utilized for this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did hear and consider all said reports and recommendations at a public hearing on December 3, 1984; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE Dublin Planning Commission does hereby find that: 1) Circumstances do not warrant the site to be rezoned at this time; 2) Under the existing zoning, the applicant can proceed with the Parcel Map and Site Development Review; 3) The existing zoning will remain in effect until the City Council determines to rezone the property. Said rezoning would not take place without proper notice and hearing. 4) The existing Planned Development uses are consistent with the Draft General Plan and not in conflict with those policies. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Dublin Planning Commission does hereby deny the request for a two-year extension to the 1491st Planned Development Zoning Unit.
