A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
ADOPTING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAPS
FOR THE CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, the City's Zoning Ordinance requires the Planning
Commission to maintain the official copy of the Zoning Map; and
WHEREAS, since the City's incorporation in 1982, the City has
utilized the County Assessor Parcel Map pages to show zoning district
designations; and
WHEREAS, base maps have been prepared depicting lot lines, right-
of-ways, all zoning districts, and the City Council Ordinance numbers and
Planning Application numbers for Planned Developments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Dublin Planning Commission
does hereby approve the maps labeled Exhibit A as the City of Dublin official
Zoning Maps.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 1986.
