REGULAR MEETING
February 12, 2026
A Regular Meeting of the Heritage and Cultural Arts Commission was held on Thursday,
February 12, 2026, at the Peter W. Snyder Council Chamber, 100 Civic Plaza, Dublin, CA
94568. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairperson Phillips.

through December 2025
On a motion by Commissioner Iharosi, seconded by Commissioner Gabriell, and by a
unanimous vote, the Commission adopted the Consent Calendar.

6.1) Election of Officers
The Commission appointed new officers to the positions of Chairperson and Vice Chairperson.
On a motion by Commissioner Tomtania, seconded by Chairperson Phillips, and by a unanimous
vote, the Commission appointed Vice Chairperson Shweta Agrawal to Chairperson and
Commissioner Timea Iharosi to Vice Chairperson.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

6.2) 2026 Fall Home Decorating Contest
The Commission received a presentation on the proposed launch of the 2026 Fall Home
Decorating Contest and provided feedback.
6.3) Dublin Arts Center Programming Update
The Commission received a presentation on the current and preliminary programming concepts
for the Dublin Arts Center and provided feedback.
7) STAFF AND COMMISSIONER REPORTS
Staff and Commissioners provided brief information-only reports.

Chairperson Agrawal adjourned the meeting at 8:35 PM.
