SPECIAL MEETING 9:30 AM
A Regular Meeting of the Dublin City Council was held on Friday, March 13, 2026, in the
Wave Community Room, located at 4201 Central Parkway, Dublin, CA 94568. The meeting
was called to order at 10:04 AM, by Mayor Hu.
1) CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

2) PUBLIC COMMENT
Supervisor David Haubert provided public comment.
3) CEREMONY AND PRESENTATIONS WELCOMING DELEGATES FROM BRAY,
IRELAND
The City held an event to welcome a delegation of visitors from Bray, Ireland. The event
included a series of presentations, including presentations from City Staff on current
community engagement and economic development efforts of the City of Dublin, a
presentation from Brian Wildes, District Manager, Bray Municipal District, a presentation
from Michelle McDonald-Smith of the Dublin Sister Cities Association, and a presentation
from Tracy Farhad, CEO of Visit Tri-Valley.
