A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
RECOMMENDING THE CITY COUNCIL ADOPT
ENVIRONMENTAL GUIDELINES
FOR THE CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, State of California Public Resources Code Section 21082 requires
that the City adopt specific procedures to administer its responsibilities
under CEQA; and
WHEREAS, the attached draft guidelines are categorically exempt from the
requirements of CEQA; and
WHEREAS, the Staff Report was submitted recommending that the Planning
Commission recommend that the City Council adopt CEQA Guidelines; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did hear and consider all said reports,
recommendations and testimony hereinabove set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE Dublin Planning Commission does
hereby recommend that the City Council adopt the attached Dublin Environmental
Guidelines (Exhibit B).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Dublin Planning Commission does hereby
recommend that the Exhibit B may also be cited as the Dublin Environmental
Guidelines.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 1990.
