REVIEW MISSION, VISION, AND VALUES; CITY COUNCIL NORMS; AND CITY COUNCIL AGENDA FORMAT The City Council will review the Mission, Vision, and Values; the City Council Norms; and the City Council agenda format and provide feedback. Dublin Mission, Vision, and Values Dublin City Council Norms REVIEW OF 2024-2026 STRATEGIC PLAN ACCOMPLISHMENTS The City Council will receive a presentation on major projects and accomplishments from 2024-2026 with the City Council. REVIEW OF PRELIMINARY TWO-YEAR BUDGET The City Council will receive a preview of the preliminary two-year operating budget. DISCUSSION OF STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES FOR 2026-2028 The City Council will receive a report on the proposed seven strategic objectives and how to set the City up for success, and provide feedback and direction to Staff.
