The City Council will review the Mission, Vision, and Values; the City Council Norms; and
the City Council agenda format and provide feedback.

REVIEW OF 2024-2026 STRATEGIC PLAN ACCOMPLISHMENTS
The City Council will receive a presentation on major projects and accomplishments from
2024-2026 with the City Council.
REVIEW OF PRELIMINARY TWO-YEAR BUDGET
The City Council will receive a preview of the preliminary two-year operating budget.
DISCUSSION OF STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES FOR 2026-2028
The City Council will receive a report on the proposed seven strategic objectives and how to
set the City up for success, and provide feedback and direction to Staff.

W the Dublin City Council Norms serve to augment the City Council Rules for the
Conduct of Meetings of the City Council (Resolution No. 131-23) and any related policy documents
to provide a more specific “Code of Conduct”; and
on March 29, 2025, the City Council held a Special Meeting and discussed the City
Council Norms; and
W from that discussion, changes were made to the previously approved norms.

approve the update of the Dublin City Council Norms, attached hereto as E to this Resolution.
