HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Reso 92-050 PA 92-034 Adopt mitigated Monitoring Proram for Neg Dec. - Taco Bell Restaurant RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 050 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN ADOPTING A MITIGATION MONITORING PROGRAM FOR THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PA 92-034 TACO BELL RESTAURANT CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT/ SITE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW WHEREAS, Public Resources Code 21081.6 requires the City to adopt a reporting or monitoring program for changes in a project or conditions imposed to mitigate or avoid significant environmental effects in order to ensure compliance during project implementation; and WHEREAS, on September 21, 1992, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing and adopted Resolution No. 92-049, making findings approving the Mitigated Negative Declaration for PA 92-034 Taco Bell Restaurant Conditional Use Permit/Site Development Review; and WHEREAS, proper notice of said public hearing was given in all respects as required by law. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE Dublin Planning Commission does adopt the "Taco Bell Restaurant Mitigation Monitoring Program for Negative Declaration" attached hereto as Attachment C-1 as the monitoring program required by Public Resources Code 21081.6. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1992. For detailed information on impacts and mitigation measures refer to the Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration for PA 92-034 Taco Bell Restaurant Conditional Use Permit/ Site Development Review/Sign.
