REGULAR MEETING
DECEMBER 15, 2025
A Regular Meeting of the Parks and Community Services Commission was held on
Monday, December 15, 2025, at the Peter W. Snyder City Council Chamber, 100 Civic
Plaza, Dublin, CA 94568. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairperson
Thornbury.
1) CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

4) CONSENT CALENDAR
4.1) Approved the November 17, 2025, Parks and Community Services Commission
Regular Meeting Minutes.
On a motion by Commissioner Washington, seconded by Alternate Commissioner Sohi,
and by unanimous vote, the Commission approved the Consent Calendar.

7.1) 2025 “Deck the Homes” Holiday Home Decorating Contest
The Commission received a presentation on the 2025 “Deck the Homes” Holiday Home
Decorating Contest.
On a motion by Commissioner Washington, seconded by Commissioner Routra, and by
unanimous vote, the Commission selected category winners for the 2025 “Deck the Halls”
Holiday Home Decorating contest.
