REGULAR MEETING
December 11, 2025
A Regular Meeting of the Heritage and Cultural Arts Commission was held on
, at the Peter W. Snyder Council Chamber, 100 Civic Plaza, Dublin, CA
94568. The meeting was called to order at 7:02 PM by Chairperson Phillips.
The Commission received an updated presentation on the Public Art Project for the future
Fire Training Center located at 5053 Gleason Drive in Dublin and provided feedback.
Dan Colley provided public comment.
Sawsan Wolski provided public comment.
On a motion by Commissioner Tomtania, seconded by Vice Chairperson Agrawal, and by a
unanimous vote, the Commission adopted the Consent Calendar.

approved awarding the 2026 first quarter grant to the Silicon
iation for their Lunar New Year Event at the Dublin Senior Center.
The Commission received a presentation on the various exterior improvements and preventative
maintenance that will take place at the Kolb House Museum, Kolb House Restroom, Sunday
School Barn, Murray Schoolhouse Museum and outbuildings, and Old St. Raymond’s church and
provided feedback.
Staff and Commissioners provided brief information-only reports.
