Willow Long Beach, CA 90806 LOCATION: 5933 Dougherty Road ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER: 941-550-9-15 BACKGROUND: On October 3 , 1990 , Staff met with the Applicant to discuss various issues and concerns associated with the service station project. The discussion focused on land use and site design issues , as well as the proposed project's inconsistency with the General Plan. The Applicant has requested a continuance of this public hearing item to the November 19 , 1990 Planning Commission meeting in order for the Applicant to evaluate and respond to Staff's comments. Staff is in concurrence with the Applicant's request for continuance. The property/business owners of the boat sales dealership located east of the project site have also requested a continuance of the item.
