The Commission may respond briefly to statements made or questions posed, or may request Staffto report back at a future meeting concerning the matter, Furthermore, a member of the Planning Commission may direct Staffto place a manet of business on a future agenda. Any person may arrange with the Community Development Director (no later than 11:00 a,m., on the Tuesday preceding a regular meeting) to have an item &concern placed on the agenda for the next regular meeting. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS PUBLIC HEARINGS 8.1 West Dublin BART Specific Plan Amendment for Crown Chevrolet and Enea Plaza Properties (Modification of Traffic Mitigation Measures) The proposed project consists of an amendment to the West Dublin BART Specific Plan to make minor modifications in the Plan boundaries and land uses, and increase the allowed Floor Area Ratio (FAR) for particular properties (Enea Plaza and Crown Chevrolet) on approximately 20 acres near the 1-580/680 interchange. This project was considered by the Planning Commission on June 26, 2001 and recommended to the City Council; however, a traffic mitigation measure was subsequently added as a result of the project and must now be considered by the Commission prior to City Council consideration. A Negative Declaration was approved on December 19, 2001 by the City Council with adoption of the West Dublin BART Specific Plan. The project has been reviewed under the California Environmental Quality Act, (CEQA), State CEQA Guidelines and the Dublin Environmental Guidelines, and the minor modifications to the Specific Plan boundaries and Land Use Concept with the amendment will create no additional environmental impacts. 8.2 PA 00-025 East Dublin Properties The proposed project consists of a Prezone (Planned Development (PD) / Stage 1 Development Plan) and pre- annexation agreement to facilitate the annexation of approximately 1,120 acres of land to the City of Dublin and attachment to and detachment from various service districts. The Prezone (Planned Development (PD) / Stage 1 Development Plan) would provide zoning for various land uses including commercial, industrial and residential development, parks, schools, open space and other uses consistent with the adopted Eastern Dublin General Plan and Specific Plan. A supplemental EIR has been prepared for this project.
