REGULAR MEETING
February 12, 2025
REGULAR MEETING: 7:00 PM
A Regular Meeting of the Youth Advisory Committee was held on Wednesday,
February 12, 2025, at the Dublin Senior Center. The meeting was called to order at 7:03
PM by Youth Advisory Committee Chairperson Santos.

On a motion by Committee Member Jain, seconded by Committee Member Weiss, and
by a unanimous vote, the Committee adopted the Consent Calendar.

6) NEW BUSINESS
6.1) Ad Hoc Committees Updates and Discussion
The Committee received updates from ad hoc committees including the 2025 Dublin
Benefit Concert and the Youth Entrepreneur Fair ad hoc committees.
Committee Member Chen left the meeting at 7:21 PM.
6.2) Discussion on Volunteer Assignments for Spring Events
The Committee discussed Spring Events and assigned Committee Members to available
volunteer shifts.
7) STAFF AND COMMITTEE REPORTS
The Committee and Staff provided brief information only reports.
8) ADJOURNMENT
Chairperson Santos adjourned the meeting at 7:41 PM.
