REGULAR MEETING
May 14, 2025
REGULAR MEETING: 7:00 PM
A Regular Meeting of the Youth Advisory Committee was held on
, at the Dublin Senior Center. The meeting was called to order at 7:04 PM by Youth
Advisory Committee Chairperson Santos.
Committee Member Kothari arrived at the meeting at 7:06 PM.
Committee Member Banerjee arrived at the meeting at 7:09 PM.
Committee Member Jain arrived at the meeting at 7:09 PM.
Committee Member Shah arrived at the meeting at 7:11 PM.
Susan Gardner, Teen Librarian, reported on the Dublin Library’s calendar of events for June
and July 2025.

4) CONSENT CALENDAR
4.1) Approved the April 16, 2025, Youth Advisory Committee Special Meeting Minutes.
On a motion by Committee Member Poduval, seconded by Committee Member Weiss, and
by a unanimous vote, the Committee adopted the Consent Calendar.
The Committee discussed the Benefit Concert and Entrepreneur Fair event, noted
successes, and recommended areas to improve for future events.
The Youth Advisory Committee discussed the activities and accomplishments achieved
during the 2024-2025 service term and provided feedback for consideration for future
Youth Advisory Committees.
The Committee and Staff provided brief information only reports.
Chairperson Santos adjourned the meeting at 7:54 PM.
