REGULAR MEETING
DECEMBER 10, 2025
REGULAR MEETING: 7:00 PM
A Regular Meeting of the Youth Advisory Committee was held on Wednesday, December
10, 2025, at the Dublin Senior Center, 7600 Amador Valley Blvd, Dublin, CA 94568. The
meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Vice Chairperson Kaitlin Weiss.

2) PRESENTATIONS - None.
3) PUBLIC COMMENT
Susan Gardner, Teen Librarian, provided public comment regarding upcoming Library
events, including the Teen Winter Bingo Challenge, Down the Rabbit Hole, Escape Room,
Teen Take and Make Crafts, and Teen Movie Night.

Ben Keisic addressed the Committee during public comment to formally introduce himself
as the newly appointed Park and Community Services (PCS) Manager.
4) CONSENT CALENDAR
4.1) Approved December 10, 2025 Youth Advisory Committee Regular Meeting
Minutes.
On a motion by Alternate Committee Member Sophie Ma, seconded by Committee
Member Mehek Kothari, and by a unanimous vote, the Committee adopted the Consent
Calendar.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

SECOND: Mehek Kothari, Committee Member
AYES: Weiss, McComb, Hayer, Vyawahare, Colley, Kothari, Donepudi,

5) UNFINISHED BUSINESS – None.
6) NEW BUSINESS
6.1) Ad Hoc Committee Updates and Discussions
The Committee received updates on activities of various Ad Hoc Committees, including
the KidVenture Night and the Benefit Concert.
6.2) Youth Mental Health Forum Post-Event Discussion
The Committee discussed the 2025 Youth Mental Health Forum.
7) STAFF AND COMMITTEE REPORTS
Staff and Committee Members gave information only reports.
8) ADJOURNMENT
Vice Chairperson Weiss adjourned the meeting at 7:15 PM.
