SPECIAL MEETING: 7:00 PM
A Special Meeting of the Youth Advisory Committee was held on Wednesday, October 15,
2025, at the Dublin Senior Center. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by
Committee Member Yma Santos.

4.1) 25-25 Youth Mini-Grant Presentations and Funding Recommendations Update
The Committee held a Special Meeting to hear a presentation from one Youth Mini-
Grant applicant.
The Committee rated the applicant’s presentation and recommended the following
funding award:
On a motion by Committee Member Kothari, seconded by Committee Member Hayer, and
by a unanimous vote, the Committee approved the Mini-Grant funding recommendation
totaling $ 300.
