Regular Meeting: Thursday, November 13, 2025
A Regular Meeting of the Heritage and Cultural Arts Commission was held on
, at the Peter W. Snyder Council Chamber, 100 Civic Plaza, Dublin, CA
94568. The meeting was called to order at 7:02 PM by Chairperson Phillips.

CONSENT CALENDAR
4.1) Approved October 9, 2025, Heritage and Cultural Arts Commission Regular
Meeting Minutes.
Received the Tri-Annual Parks and Community Services Department Report
for May through August 2025.
On a motion by Commissioner Tomtania, seconded by Commissioner Gabriell, and by a
unanimous vote, the Commission adopted the Consent Calendar.

6) NEW BUSINESS
6.1) Dublin Library/Civic Center Public Art Mural Project – Artwork Selection
The Commission received presentations for future artwork, a permanent outdoor mural, on a
utility enclosure adjacent to the Dublin Library.
On a motion by Commissioner Tomtania, seconded by Commissioner Gabriell, and by a 4 to 2
Roll Call vote, the Commission recommended the proposal by Rough Edge Collective with
additions as proposed, that include an additional figure and native finches, to the City Council
for approval.
