REGULAR MEETING
June 12, 2025
A Regular Meeting of the Heritage and Cultural Arts Commission was held on
, at the Peter W. Snyder Council Chamber, 100 Civic Plaza, Dublin, CA 94568.
The meeting was called to order at 7:02 PM by Chairperson Phillips.

4.1) Approved May 8, 2025, Heritage and Cultural Arts Commission Regular Meeting
Minutes.
On a motion by Commissioner Gabriell, seconded by Commissioner Tomtania, and by a
unanimous vote, the Commission adopted the Consent Calendar.

6.1) 2025 Temporary Art Project
The Commission received a presentation on future temporary public art projects and provided
feedback.
Tomtania, seconded by Chairperson Phillips, and by a five-to-two
approved the Wooden Barrels with the theme of Culture, Arts, and
This item was pulled from the agenda at the request of the applicant. The applicant
withdrew their special event grant application.
Staff and Commissioners provided brief information-only reports.
