CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG ADDITIONS OR REVISIONS TO THE AGENDA MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS - June 12, 2001 ORAL COMMUNICATION - At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the Planning Commission on any item(s) of interest to the public; however, no ACTION or DISCUSSION shall take place on any item which is NOT on the Planning Commission Agenda. The Commission may respond briefly to statements made or questions posed, or may request Staff to report back at a future meeting concerning the matter. Furthermore, a member of the Planning Commission may direct Staff to place a matter of business on a future agenda. Any person may arrange with the Community Development Director (no later than 11:00 a.m., on the Tuesday preceding a regular meeting) to have an item of concern placed on the agenda for the next regular meeting. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS PUBLIC HEARINGS 8.1 99-032 SummerHill]Silveria Stage 1 Planned Development Rezone and Development Plan. The applicant is proposing to place 229 single family homes on 103.1 acres located south and east of the intersection of Tassajara Road and Fallon Road. (Staff recommends continuing the public hearing to the July I0, 2001 Planning Commission meeting) 8.2 PA 01-004 Toll Brothers - Dublin Ranch Areas A-6 & A-7 Development Agreement. An Ordinance approving a Development Agreement between the City of Dublin and Toll Brothers for areas A-6 & A-7 neighborhoods of Dublin Ranch. The Development Agreement is required by the Eastern Dublin Specific Plan. Items included in the Development Agreement include, but are not limited to, the financing and timing of infrastructure; payment of traffic, noise and public facilities impact fees; improvements of roads and general provisions. 8.3 West Dublin BART Specific Plan Amendment for Crown Chevrolet and Enea Plaza Properties to make minor modifications in the Plan boundaries and land uses, and increase the allowed Floor Area Ratio on approximately 26 acres near the 1-580/680 Interchange.
