No. 03-26, Item 5.6, Adopted 01/13/2026 Page 1 of 2 RESOLUTION NO. 03 – 26 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN AMENDING THE SALARY PLAN FOR PART-TIME PERSONNEL WHEREAS, in accordance with the City’s Personnel System Rules, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 05-25 and subsequent resolutions which comprise the Salary Plan for part-time personnel; and WHEREAS, competitive salary provisions which will attract and retain quality employees are important to the organization; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to periodically update salary provisions for part-time employees in the City’s personnel system. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following salary ranges are adopted in accordance with the Personnel Rules: Part-Time Classification Minimum Maximum Administrative Intern $25.00 $30.00 Head Lifeguard $20.40 $22.90 Lifeguard/Swim Instructor $18.40 $20.90 Pool Manager $22.40 $28.90 Program Specialist $23.40 $33.40 Recreation Leader I Minimum Wage $19.90 Recreation Leader II $18.90 $21.90 Recreation Leader III $21.40 $27.90 Slide Attendant Minimum Wage $19.90 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this document shall become a part of the official Salary Plan for the City of Dublin; and that the changes contained herein shall be effective January 13, 2026. {Signatures on the following page} Docusign Envelope ID: 70A240C0-5C01-4CA4-B582-1F3FD6A55035 Reso.
