A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 1 TO LOCAL AGENCY - STATE
AGREEMENT NO. 04-5432 FOR FEDERAL AID PROJECTS AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin has a Master Agreement (Agreement No.
04-5432) for the Federal Aid Program with the State; and
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin intends to undertake a street project
on Dublin Boulevard from San Ramon Road to the Flood Control Channel, on
Amador Valley Boulevard from San Ramon Road to Donahue Drive and on Village
Parkway from Amador Valley Boulevard to Dublin Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of Transportation
has prepared and submitted to the City of Dublin two copies of Program
Supplelaent No. 1 to Local Agency - State Agreement No. 04-5432 for funding
the above project; and
WHEREAS, said project will qualify for Federal funds provided
that the City of Dublin has approved Prograr~ Supplement No. 1 to Local
Agency - State Agreelnent No. 04-5432; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Duotin to
~pprove said Program Supplement No. 1 to Local Agency - State Agreemen~ No.
04-5432; and
W~R~AS said Program Supplement No. 1 to Local Agency State
Agreement No. 04-5432 is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the Ci%y
of Dublin hereby approves this resolution and authorizes the Mayor of the
City of Dublin to execute said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of October, 1984.

AIL maintenance, involving the physical condition and tile operation of the improvement

performed by thc Local Agency at regular intervals, or as required for efficient

Thc Local Agency will advertise, award, and administer this project. 'the Local Agency
shall obtain State's concurrence prior to either award or rejection of the contract.
The maximum Federal funds for this project will be limited to the amount shown oil Exhibit B.
l.n awarding, or agreeing to award the cOntract, the Local Agency agrees that the payment
of t:ederal funds will-be limited to the Detail Estimate amount approved by the Federal
tli ghway Administration in the Federal-Aid Project Agreement (PR-2), or its modification
(PR-gA), and accepts any increases in Local Agency matching funds.
The l.ocal Agency's share of matching funds will be 100% of the amount remaining after
l:ederal participation.
The availability of Federal funds ~ill be subject to meeting deadlines and/or other
conditions as may be imposed by the Director upon the recommendation of the. FAtl Systems
.~dvi sory Committee.
In executing this Program Supplemental Agreement, Local Agency hereby reaffirms the
,,Nondiscrimination Assurances" contained in the aforementioned Master Agreement for
I:ederal-Aid Program.
