CAIJ, TO ORDER ROLL CALL PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG ADDITIONS OR REVISIONS TO THE AGENDA MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS - March xa, aooa ORAL COMMUNICATION - At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the Planning Commission on any item(s) of interest to the public; however, no ACTION or DISCUSSION shah take place on any item, which is NOT on the Planning Commission Agenda. The Commission may respond briefly to. statements made or questions posed, or may request Staffto report back at a future meeting concerning the ma~er. Furthermore, a member of the Planning Commission may direct Staffto place a matter of business on a future agenda. Any person may arrange with the CommuniW Development Director (no later than ll:O0 a.m., on the Tuesday preceding a regular meeting) to have an item of concern placed on the agenda for the next regular meeting. WRITYEN COMMUNICATIONS PUBLIC HEARINGS 8.1 PA 01-009 Dublin Ranch Area G (Neighborhoods MH-1, MH-2, H-x & H-2) Development Agreements - An 0rdinancc approving a Development Agreement between the City of Dublin and Toll Brothers. The Development Agreement is required by Eastern Dublin Specific Ham Items included in the Development Agreement include, but arc not limited to, the financing and timing of infrastructure; payment of traffic, noise and public facilities impact fees; improvements of roads and general provisions. 8.2 PA oo-oa5 East Dublin Properties Planned Development Prezone/Development Plan and Annexation Application - Prezone (Planned Development (PD)/Stage x Development Plan) and pre-annexation agreement to facilitate the annexation of approximately 1,xeo acres of land to the City of Dublin and attachment to and detachment from various service districts. The Prezone (Planned Development (PD)/Stage ~ Development Plan) would provide zoning for various land uses including commercial, industrial and residential development, parks, schools, open space and other uses consistent with the adopted Eastern Dublin General Plan and Specific Plan.
