CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL pI,F~DGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG ADDITIONS OR REVISIONS TO THE AGENDA MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS ORAL COMMUNICATION - At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the Planning Commission on any item(s) of interest to the public; however, no ACTION or DISCUSSION shall take place on any item, which is NOT on the Planning Commission Agenda. The Commission may respond briefly to statements made or questions posed, or may request Staffto report back at a future meeting concerning the matter. Furthermore, a member of the Planning Commission may direct Staffto place a matter of business on a future agenda. Any person may arrange with the Community Development Director (no later than lt:oo a.m., on the Tuesday preceding a regular meeting) to have an item of concern placed on the agenda for the next regular meeting. WRITFEN COMMUNICATIONS PUBLIC HEARINGS 8.1 PA o2-o12 village Parkway Specific Plan Area Rezoning - A City-initiated application to rezone parcels in the Village Parkway Specific Plan Area from existing zoning districts C-N, C-z, and C-2 to a new Planned Development (Village Parkway Specific Plan) Zoning District. The current zoning districts for the site are partially inconsistent with thc Specific Plan adopted for thc area in December 2ooo. A new Planned Development (Village Parkway Specific Plan) Zoning District rezone will bring the zoning for the properties into conformance with the Specific Plan. This rezoning will not change the allowed uses in the area, but will serve to apply one Planned Development zoning district to all properties in the Specific Plan Area and will provide the clearest direction on what development is desired for the Village Parkway Area. 8.2 PA o2-o14 West Dublin BART Specific Plan Area Rezoning - A City-initiated application to rezone parcels in thc West Dublin BART Specific Plan Area from existing zoning districts M-z, C-z, and C-2 to a new Planned Development (West Dublin BART Specific Plan) Zoning District. The current zoning districts for the site are partially inconsistent with the Specific Plan adopted for the area in December 2ooo. A new Planned Development (West Dublin BART Specific Plan) Zoning District rezone will bring the zoning for the properties into conformance with the Specific Plan. This rezoning will not change the allowed uses in the ares, but will serve to apply one Planned Development zoning district to all properties in the Specific Plan Area and will provide the clearest direction on what development is desired for the West Dublin BART area.
