8.1 PA 86-026 Hall-Fraser Variance, 11791 Bloomington Way. Appeal of Zoning
Administrator action denying request to vary from required setback regula-
tions for accessory buildings. (Continued from Planning Commission meeting
of October 6, 1986.)
8.2 PA 86-017 Corwood Car Wash Conditional Use Permit, Site Development Review
and Variance requests to remodel and expand the existing car wash, including
a Detail Shop, and to vary from the sideyard setback requirement and parking
regulations at 6973 Village Parkway. (Continued from the Planning
Commission meeting of October 6, 1986.)
8.3 PA 86-087.1 and .2 U-Haul Conditional Use Permit and Site Development Review
requests for a 25,200+ square foot Vehicle Maintenance/Light Industrial
Facility with exterior storage and display of rental equipment and an 800+
square foot Vehicle Wash Carport at 6265 Scarlett Court. (Continued from the

Woulfe (Owner) - Conditional Use Permit request to allow the expansion of the
area utilized for exterior auto storage for the Shamrock Ford Auto Dealership
by the creation of a new 200'+ x 200'+ paved parking area, 7499 Dublin
Boulevard.
