6. ORAL COMMUNICATION - At this time, members of the audience
are permitted to address the Planning Commission on any item
which is not on the Planning Commission agenda. Comments
should not exceed 5 minutes. If any person feels that this
is not sufficient time to address his or her concern, that
person should arrange with the Planning Director to have his
or her particular concern placed on the agenda for a future
meeting.

8. PUBLIC HEARINGS
8.1 PA 86-019 Tentative Parcel Map 4783 application,
Silvergate Drive north of Hansen Drive. Tentative
Parcel Map for two single family residential lots within
the City and one lot remainder located within the
unincorporated portion of Alameda County. (This item
was continued from the Planning Commission meeting of
July 7, 1986.)
8.2 PA 86-058 Pulte Homes Corporation - Stedman & Associates
Tentative Map 5588 request for the proposed development
of an 8.95 acre parcel into a 26-1ot single family
residential development (supercedes previous Rezoning
and Tentative Map submittals filed under PA 86-010).
Subject property fronts 700+ feet along the south side
of Betlen Drive at Prow Way.
8.3 PA 86-034 Valley Christian Center - Conditional Use
Permit and Site Development Review requests for a
proposed 2,850+ square foot/196 seat expansion of the
existing 14,410 square foot/700 seat Sanctuary Building
within the Valley Christian Center facility at 10800
Dublin Boulevard.
8.4 PA 86-057 Chrysler Corporation Condtional Use Permit
request to operate an auto dealership including
automotive sales and service, automotive paint and
repair, and sales of auto merchandise at 6451 Scarlett
Court.
8.5 PA 86-046 Fire Safe Roofing Materials Ordinance
Amendment.
9. NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS
9.1 Discussion regarding a proposed Tri-Valley Joint
Planning Commission Meeting.
