6. ORAL COMMUNICATION - At this time, members of the audience are permitted
to address the Planning Commission on any item which is not on the
Planning Commission agenda. Comments should not exceed 5 minutes. If
any person feels that this is not sufficient time to address his or her
concern, that person should arrange with the Planning Director to have
his or her particular concern placed on the agenda for a future meeting.

8. PUBLIC HEARINGS
8.1 PA 86-058 Pulte Homes Corporation - Stedman & Associates Tentative
Map 5588 request for the proposed development of an 8.95 acre
parcel into a 26-lot single family residential development.
Subiect property fronts 700+ feet along the south side of Betlen
Drive, approximately 125 feet northwest of the intersection of
Dillon Way and Betlen Drive. (The Applicant has requested
continuance to the meeting of August 18, 1986.)
8.2 PA 86-076 Bordeaux Estates/Diamond Signs Conditional Use Permit
application for a Directional Tract Sign, southwest corner of
Silvergate Drive and Rolling Hills Drive.
8.3 PA 86-078 Diamond Signs/Kaufman & Broad Off-Site Directional Signs
Conditional Use Permit request to allow establishment and use of
two off-site Directional Tract Signs for the Kaufman & Broad
California Vista Proiect (Tract 5410), previously identified as the
Silvergate Highlands Townhouse Development. Sign A is located on
the east side of San Ramon Road, 300+ feet north of Dublin
Boulevard, and Sign B is located on the west side of San Ramon
Road, 75+ feet north of Silvergate Drive.
8.4 PA 86-060 Dublin Security Storage Site Development Review and
Conditional Use Permit requests for a proposed three phase
development of a partially developed 6.6+ acre site into a mini-
storage facility located at the terminus of a 50-foot private
right-of-way which extends northerly from Scarlett Court along the
east side of the Valley Nissan Car Dealership.
