6. ORAL COMMUNICATION - At this time, members of the audience are permitted to
address the Planning Commission on any item which is not on the Planning
Commission agenda. Comments should not exceed 5 minutes. If any person feels
that this is not sufficient time to address his or her concern, that person should
arrange with the Planning Director to have his or her particular concern placed on
the agenda for a future meeting.

8. PUBLIC HEARINGS
8.1 PA 86-017 Corwood Car Wash Conditional Use Permit, Site Development Review
and Variance requests to remodel and expand the existing car wash, including
a Detail Shop, and to vary from the sideyard setback requirement and parking
regulations at 6973 Village Parkway. (Note: the Applicant has requested a
continuance to the September 15, 1986, Planning Commission meeting.)
8.2 PA 86-074 Eagle's Nest Christian Fellowship Conditional Use Permit request
for a proposed Church occupancy (with ancillary uses including: casette tape
duplication and distribution, production and printing of Church literature
and production of video cassettes) of an existing tenant space in an M-1,
Light Industrial District, 6680 Sierra Lane. (Continued from the Planning
Commission Meeting of September 2, 1986.)
8.3 PA 86-053 The Fishery in Dublin - Planned Development Rezoning and Site
Development Review requests for a proposed 7,385+ square foot - 225+ seat
Restaurant on a 1.5+ acre property located within Area 3 of the San Ramon
Road Specific Plan Area, 7400 San Ramon Road. (Continued from the Planning
Commission Meeting of September 2, 1968.)
8.4 PA 86-024 Fallon School Site - Conditional Use Permit and Tentative Map
requests to subdivide 14+ acres into 20 lots to accommodate a mixture of
planned uses, including: single family residential, Murray School District
Administrative Offices and Corporation Yard, child educational program for
developmentally disabled youths (Kaleidoscope Center), and use of portions of
the property as a future neighborhood park and Senior Recreation Center
generally located between Brighton Drive and Larkdale Avenue, south of
Lucania Street. (Continued from the Planning Commission Meeting of
September 2, 1986.)
8.5 PA 86-026 Hall-Fraser Variance, 11791 Bloomington Way. Appeal of Zoning
Administrator action denying request to vary from required setback regula-
tions for accessory buildings.
8.6 PA 86-081 Howard Johnson - Sign - Conditional Use Permit, 6680 Regional
Street. A request to construct a 28-foot high sign located approximately
nine feet from the rear property line.
