ROLL CALL 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG 4. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING - February 24, 1986 5. ORAL COMMUNICATION - At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the Planning Commission on any item which is not on the Planning Commission agenda. Comments should not exceed 5 minutes. If any person feels that this is not sufficient time to address their concern, that person should arrange with the Planning Director to have their particular concern placed on the agenda for a future meeting. 6. PUBLIC HEARINGS 7.1 Appeal of the Zoning Administrator action to approve PA 85-045, Dubney (0) - Puccio (A) - Site Development review application for the proposed construction of a two-story office building at the northeast corner of Hansen Drive and Dublin Boulevard. 7.2 Appeal of the Zoning Administrator action to approve PA 85-096 - Gemco Store Remodel - Site Development review application to modify the architectural detail of the storefront elevation of the existing Gemco Store, and to cover and enclose a portion of the existing open-air nursery area, 7200 Amador Plaza Road. 7.3 PA 86-002 Volvo Dealership - Conditional Use Permit and Site Development Review applications to amend PA 84-001 and PA 84-017 allowing construction of an 11 ,OOO~ square foot showroom and service building for a Volvo Auto Dealership and for a future, undisclosed auto dealership within the existing Valley Nissan Auto Dealership complex at 6031 Scarlett Court. 7.4 PA 85-041.1 and .2 Planned Development (PD) Rezoning and Subdivision Map (Tentative Map 5511) requests for a planned development of 1,165 dwelling units (including 1,019 multi-family units, 146 lots for future development of single-family residential detached units), a five-plus acre neighborhood park site, a 17,500~ square foot commercial site for future development as a convenience store, and common open space parcels.
