THE FACILITIES SHOWN ON THIS PLAN ARE DESIGNED TO CONTROL
SEDIMENT DURING THE RAINY SEASON, OCToaER 1 TO APRIL 15 AFTER
ROUGH GRADING HAS BEEN COMPLETED. MEASURES ARE TO BE
OPERABLE PRIOR TO OCTOBER 1ST OF NlY YEAR GRADING OPERATIONS
