5. ORAL COMMUNICATION
At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the Planning Commission on any
item(s) of interest to the public; however, no ACTION or DISCUSSION shall take place on any
item, which is NOT on the Planning Commission Agenda. The Planning Commission may
respond briefly to statements made or questions posed, or may request Staff to report back at a
future meeting concerning the matter. Furthermore, a member of the Planning Commission may
direct Staff to place a matter of business on a future agenda. Any person may arrange with the
Planning Manager (no later than 11:00 a.m., on the Tuesday preceding a regular meeting) to have
an item of concern placed on the agenda for the next regular meeting.

8. PUBLIC HEARINGS
8.1 GM Auto Mall - Request to modify the project Conditions of Approval which relate to
the provision of Public Art (P A 04-041). The Applicant has requested approval to modify
a portion of Condition of Approval Number 67 which requires the Applicant to install
public art in the traffic circle located at the terminus of John Monego Court, adjacent to
the project site. The Applicant is requesting that the Condition language be modified to be
consistent with the Public Art Ordinance, which was adopted after the Conditions of
Approval were approved for this project.
8.2 RVX International Conditional Use Permit (PA 06-041) to establish a storage and rental
facility for recreational vehicles, boats and autos in a M-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning
District. The Applicant, RVX International Incorporation, is requesting a Conditional Use
Permit to establish an indoor storage and rental facility for recreational vehicles, boats
and autos in an approximately 118,000 square foot suite in an existing warehouse building
located at 6700 Golden Gate Drive.
8.3 Venture Commerce Center Site Development Review and Vesting Tentative Map (PA
06-020) The Applicant is requesting approval of a Site Development Review (SDR) and
Vesting Tentative Map to demolish the existing one-story 38,825 square foot building and
site. The Applicant will then construct four two-story buildings on the site. The new
buildings are proposed to range in size from 14,774 square feet to 18,602 square feet for a

total floor area of 67,029 square feet (an increase of 28,204 square feet over the existing
building). The four buildings will have approximately 31 units which will be sold as
"office condominiums." The project also includes new hardscape, parking lot and
landscaping.
8.4 Amendments to Title 8 (Zoning Ordinance) of the Dublin Municipal Code (PA 06-054)
including Chapter 8.08 (Definitions), Chapter 8.12 (Zoning Districts and Permitted Uses
of Land), Chapter 8.36 (Development Regulation), Chapter 8.64 (Home Occupations
Regulations), Chapter 8.76 (Off-Street Parking and Loading Regulations), Chapter 8.84
(Sign Regulations), and Chapter 8.108 (Temporary Use Permit Regulations). Minor
amendments to various Chapters of Title 8 of the Dublin Municipal Code (Zoning
Ordinance) including Chapter 8.08 (Definitions), Chapter 8.12 (Zoning Districts and
Permitted Uses of Land), Chapter 8.36 (Development Regulation), Chapter 8.64 (Home
Occupations Regulations), Chapter 8.76 (Off-Street Parking and Loading Regulations),
Chapter 8.84 (Sign Regulations), and Chapter 8.108 (Temporary Use Permit Regulations)
to clarify, correct errors, and eliminate inconsistencies.
